Description

Galvanneal is a galvanised steel that is similar to other galvanised steels. It’s probably the most similar to hot-dip galvanising. Galvanneal steel is created by passing the material through a liquid bath of zinc alloy. This zinc adheres to the surface without significantly altering the metallurgical properties of the zinc layer or the steel. This is the hot-dip galvanising process in its simplest form.
